Please Call 352-353-3228 for After Hours Maintenance. After Hours Maintenance is for Emergencies Only! A fee of $25.00 will be applied to your account for misuse of the emergency maintenance number, including calling emergency maintenance during weekday office hours and calling in non-emergency maintenance.
